Given the fact that every attempt to find out exactly what had been going on has been blocked by the administration, that shouldn't be a huge surprise. "Illegal acts might be happening (so therefore you think they are) so the telecom companies s/b sued until they stop working with the govt on national security requests. " No. They should just follow the law like they are required to do. I realize that is an odd concept for a neo-con, but laws aren't just for the little people.
