There is evidence that illegals things are being done. What there isn't is hard proof. Given the fact that every attempt to find out exactly what had been going on has been blocked by the administration, that shouldn't be a huge surprise.

No. They should just follow the law like they are required to do. I realize that is an odd concept for a neo-con, but laws aren't just for the little people.
