The impact on the American taxpayer is most likely positive. As the story stated, the employee does not receive the FICA benefits, netting a long term savings to the US treasury. In addition, because KBR is not paying FICA, the employee gets a higher wage and pays a higher income tax. The excess savings for KBR, if any, drops to the bottom line -- which is then taxed as corporate profit.

You really should develop an understanding of corporate cash flows before spouting off on these types of subjects.
