No, it's called a monopoly and theft of the public airwaves by corporate rightwing radio companies. Making sure the public gets diverse opinions has nothing to do with free speech, it's about making sure the public airwaves are not hijacked by one extremist group or another, which they now are. We need a Fairness Act which makes sure that the people get balanced and diverse viewpoints, not just Rush Limbaugh type rightwing propaganda which is filled with lies and manipulative disinformation.
