THE RIGHTWING HAS LIED ABOUT EVERY SINGLE ISSUE. And everyone knows it. That is why Bush is at 19% approvals, only 35% of Americans now call themselves Republicans, Fox News ratings have plummeted and rightwing candidates are being roundly rejected. This is not just a partisan concern though, because like it or not the rightwing is part of our country, and a very vocal part, so their dishonesty hurts our national reputation, economy and military/security worldwide. It's part of the reason the dollar is now worth 45 cents, because so many people distrust the rightwing globally. Frankly, I can't remember the last time GW Bush told anything but a big fat Pinocchio lie about any subject. Spinning is one thing, all politicians do it, but every time Bush speaks he hurts our country because the vast majority of people in the world knows he's totally full of it. Here's a classic for you from 2000 GW Bush "We'll be using our expertise in the energy area to jawbone OPEC to bring down prices". Oil was then at $18 a barrel. Today it's over $100.
