I've said before that the French system is the most palatable since it's a hybrid system. The Canadian isn't really. There are some Canadians here. Maybe they can tell us. I thought Canadians who wanted faster service went to the US. I know that you can't pay to jump a queue.

I guess "single payer" isn't really what we should be talking about.
