That's not the kind of revisionism that I'm talking about. I object to the kind that tries to snooker the non-think-for-yourself generation into believing that what isn't true is true.

The trouble is, too many people don't study the issues in enough depth to be able to discriminate fact from fiction.

There are many examples.

How about the guys that want to paint 9/11 as a George Bush conspiracy? That's the kind of thing I'm talking about. It's not only incorrect, it's absurd on its face. But people start believing it if these guys repeat it often enough.

I'm not against correcting errors. I'm against creating errors through revision. The revisionists think people will forget if they wait long enough.
