Sorry, I reread my post and it sounded a little harsher than I intended. I certainly didn't mean to give any offense, I'm long CTYS too. But there isn't any difference, really, in locking profits from convertible stock or bonds by using a covered short. It's a predictable and very sound method of capitalizing on a mixed income-equity issue that hits.
