Numonyx 300mm?
" ... The $2 billion fab venture was originally set up as a 50/50 venture with STMicroelectronics Inc. in 2004. But after the new investment, Hynix now owns a 77.44 percent stake in the venture.
Recently, STMicroelectronics and Intel Corp. formed a new NOR and NAND company, dubbed Numonyx. As part of the plan, STMicroelectronics shifted the fab venture in China over to Numonyx. But in the complex arrangement, Hynix is actually managing the fab venture. ... "

Smells like a 300mm NAND FAB, when you ask me, because Hynix isn't doing NOR (only DRAM+NAND). And when Hynix has 77% of the JV share, they will not do things, which will be bad for their NAND production. So its unclear, what Numonyx, if ever, could do there.
BTW: @potential 45nm slip for SPSN Its semantic now, but I have ever expected, that SPSN would "only" do waferstarts on 45nm at the end of 2008. So, when we take this, its clear, that 45nm PRODUCTS! could only appear in 2009. If first waferstarts are now a 2009 topic has to be seen.
