Thanks. Yes, the Oct decline at this time already qualifies as an impulse, it seems - completed or not, that's another issue; I think more likely not. The next question becomes - Is it a "fresh" impulse, or a "C" of some sort? Looking at the daily / weekly COMPX, it clearly seems to be "fresh". On SPX/INDU the answer is touch less obvious, but also looks that way. Implication -- a few month rally soon to take place, but the larger Bear is probably not over.
