Many mortgages in Eastern Europe are Swissie denominated. Eastern Europe had a similar housing mania as US except now the payments are due in Swissies which are appreciating against local currencies. The Eastern Europe housing market bubble will implode a lot harder than ours. Want to be hip, get a condo in Prague or Budapest, drink latte with poets and avant garde painters? You'll get your chance.
