The fact is all radio stations broadcast at the pleasure of, and only with the poermission of, congress and the people.

Well there is that thing called the 1st amendment. Right of free speech and press. The courts have decided that the right belongs to owner of the press and that the media includes radio. So AS usual AS is an ASS.
