RMTR Ramtron Appoints Eric Kuo As Director (RTTNews) - Friday, Ramtron International Corp. (RMTR) named Eric Kuo to Board. The addition of Kuo brings the number of directors in the board to seven. Kuo is currently a consultant and advisor to the CEO of ICbank in Korea. He is also a consultant and advisor to the management team of EEfocus in Beijing.
