Haven't seen AWI. It drops into my list of possible buys based on metrics you see. Trying to be a little more discretionary, I'll say I don't see a particular margin of safety with this. The homebuilding industry isn't the most attractive place to invest now - in terms of pride/shame anyway, and there are other stocks in it that I am already marginally involved with. HBP, BLG being two. I need to see something about AWI that pulls me to it and away from other stocks that look so much more attractive to me. It might be there with AWI, but I don't see it. Jmo. I certainly could be wrong.
