'They are in panic about oil, commodities, and the buck, that much is clear' It is all about the oil and mounting inflationary pressures they let out of the bag this cycle..recall in 1990-92 how the dollar dropped to bail out our insolvent banking system yet the disinflation that began under Volker continued the rest of the decade as fiscal sanity eventually returned along with a strong dollar and real economy flourishing..
