I think what's missing here is the conversion of molybdenum concentrate to elemental moly.....that's around 56% so a 0.56 conversion factor needs to be applied to any production estimates/calculations.

For talking purposes, That 0.56 times say 6000 pounds will get you there.

As far as upper limits are concerned, it was stated by Mr. Prahl at the September shareholder meeting that greater than 5% moly is difficult to float, and that they have successfully processed up to that range with 80% recovery. Current recoveries have been reported to be in the high 90's, which means that in the low range, the process is dialed in.

There is also a need to process the material that is extracted in the stope development work, which is actually useful ore bearing material...the entire vein is reported to be contained in a 1 million ton envelope of 1% moly grade ore...and there are permit limitations on the amount of waste rock that can be produced.

The highest grade lenses encountered have exceeded 50%.. photos of it were on the website.

On second thought on the contract terms, I believe that D. Raphael's cut may have been 12%, rather than 13%...it's in the filings. And the current percentage of production accrued to the Phoenix is 60%, rather than 70%, unless you are a proponent of the Edwardian method of accounting...in which case the Eddy principles would apply, i.e 1) My land 2) My rules...
...that's where my bias lies.
