1 - Nonsense, its easy to recognize that there is a major factor here, even without specific quantification.

2 - I've posted specifics - the marginal tax dollar costing $1.70. That isn't specific as to what the current tax dollars are costing, because the marginal dollar means an additional one (or the last one), and the extra cost will grow as tax percentages climb. If the specifics you want are for the current average tax dollar that would be a lower figure, maybe your complaining that I didn't quantify the average only the marginal dollar, but its clearly not zero.
