Not sure I agree with your views on commodities. Think about how dreadful the current account balance would be if we were not exporting at higher prices even with oil at present levels.

Still, I agree wholeheartedly that the Ponzi scheme needs to be broken. BurnUndKaput Ben is going about it in exactly the wrong way. We need Volcker, Part II.
