1 - Nonsense, its easy to recognize that there is a major factor here, even without specific quantification.

What's your problem man? I'm saying if the private sector is more efficient, then by all means use the private sector. And take everything into consideration. But you obviously need to quantify the cost and it's different in almost every endeavor.

Government has privatized prisons, to some success. They are outsourcing stuff all over the place when it makes sense. But when government can do something more efficiently than the private sector, then the government should do it.

Only an ideologue wouldn't get that.
