amazon.com I thought this was interesting. He thinks that China will always venerate Mao as the man who unified China and drove out foreign oppressors. That bit about naive US policy has some resonance for today, imo, and our bumbling in the ME. I did a search on google for postive Mao qualities. I got a lot of hits.
