One of the bloggers speculated that Obama would not be willing to be the VP on a Clinton ticket but might be willing to be the VP on a different ticket. This guy speculated that the super delegates (party leaders) approach Obama during a deadlocked convention and suggest that he free his delegates in exchange for the VP slot on a Gore-Obama ticket.

While that sounds far-fetched to me, I think his point was strange things could come out of a deadlocked convention.
