The issue here isn't the removing of a tax incentive, but rather raising taxes. Not having to pay taxes to two countries isn't an incentive, even if one country has lower taxes.

You are either playing dumb or you don't know what you are talking about. That, and you suddenly love favorable tax treatment. Pretty amazing Tim.
