--A) Why would he include UTEK (on which followers broke about even, btw) or TEFQX when he doesn't include Microsoft?

--B) Didn't you read my earlier post about similar reporting "tricks" that some other newsletter writers and some mutual fund companies use? I don't think that justifies Brinker leaving the QQQs out of his advertising, but I don't think it's fair to single him out for criticism as if he was the only one who does this sort of thing.
