"Do you not think part of the reason the dems won congress and might win the white house is because Iraq is such a ball of crap? " The 2008 elections for Congress were very close. I firmly believe the Repubs lost the House and Senate because of corruption and out of control spending. I also believe the Dems were desparate to loose quickly in Iraq last spring to avoid exactly what they now face. Can you imagine seeing over and over next fall Hillary's vile question to General Petraeus about "a willing suspension of disbelief" if Iraq is going well? I think the person who made the statement that Hillary is a monster is nuts on. She is a vile spiteful creature - just IMO. Bob
