If you do your work in a productive manner you don't need over time. Only lazy union guys want over time. That's why they stall all day long. Look at what the unions did to the rust belt states. Ruined them.

I did a job in Cleveland, it took 8 union guys 2 days to do what one of my guys could do in an hour. 128 man hours vs one man hour.

Then the union guys were bytching about no work, I say yeah because no can afford to build anything with you lazy fukks.
