I believe AT&T is back in the trap it was in as to the ability to make QUICK and PRUDENT decisions. If it still keeps the old habbits, it is going to MISS THE BOAT in this ever competitive BRAVE NEW WORLD of telecommunication. And that is exactly why the street responded very positively to WorldCom's bold move to acquire MCI even the premium is high. I believe WorldCom will be one of the four SURVIVING telecom. companies 5 years down the road if it can pull the MCI deal through.
