I saw her name on the list that the Seattle reporters investigated.

Ear marks are evidently not bad in and of themselves as Karen has pointed out. IF THEY GO TO A WORTHWHILE project.

The two reporters about whom I speak just uncovered places
where the money went where it was an expensive and useless undertaking..Cost taxpayers a lot PLUS one soldier died as a result of the polyester t shirt melting down into plastic on his body.

Maybe the politician making the award should look with a little more depth into the project he or she is supporting.
