ANWAR would not produce any oil for 10 years at best. You know they said that 10 years ago as well. The fed government tax credits for a full house photovoltaic system is lame...near nothing compared to the cost of a 5KW system. As a result, mass adoption is slow, capacity hindered, and the benefits of mass production on adoption costs not realized. Mass adoption is slow because is doesn't make sense financially to do it most cases as by the time the system nearly pays for itself you need to replace the entire thing again as it's worn out.
