I read a while ago on a Nasdaq.com, that you need to have a bid of at least $5 to become qualified for Nasdaq along with a list of other qualifications needed.

This is really strange that they would be talking about this at this particular time.?? If they were to try and qualify for Nasdaq, the only way possible(which I don't think is possible now, not yet at least) is to have a reverse split. I would think with their current state would need a huge reverse split, that would be completely devastating to all of us. You might as well flush your money down the toilet.

I agree with them talking about this so early, is not good at all, as far as concerns of a reverse split.
