Not really. They have given no evidence that they are complying. In fact, they have acted defiant of the court order.

Wrong. That hasn't even been an item of contention. They wouldn't need a FISA warrant for that case. And the issue isn't even foreign nationals in the US communicating with other foreign nationals anywhere.
