Wrong. That hasn't even been an item of contention. They wouldn't need a FISA warrant for that case. And the issue isn't even foreign nationals in the US communicating with other foreign nationals anywhere. I disagree. I think you want to believe this to have an excuse to oppose something the adm is doing. Foreign calls are routed through the US. Thats a fact.
