When I was a kid that was the way the cost was determined for license plate renewal... not a new idea. When somebody chooses to drive an inefficient vehicle it not only raises the price for his gasoline, it raises the price for EVERYBODYS gasoline, no matter what you drive.

It's already done by vehicle weight.

They are also taxed more based on the tax per gallon of gas.

And that's not counting that oil is 1/3-1/2 of the trade deficit

Drill ANWAR and work to lower that, keep the money and jobs at home.
