I spoke to Mr F last week. I have trouble getting on the web lately. I did post on Prodigy that GIFT would comply w the deadline (as they just announced). Notice how many specific claims GIFT has aganst each defendant. GIFT does not need to succeed on every claim to be "very successful". I like the chances with the litigation. The story on the motion to dismiss: It is the CT case. The deendant asking to dismiss is (improperly) based on the fact that they do not think they should be sued in CT, although they do business there, etc. I expect the next "stir" to come from the report of the 9/6 court conference. I do not expect all that many to grab a license before 8/31. We will see! Mel
