If Sharpton goes through with his lawsuit it will have a major negative effect on the Democrat election imo and on Obama-----it will give the appearance of Sharpton and his associates wanting to control the Democrat election.

The rules were made before the election began-----this is a matter that should be settled by the DNC and the Delegates as well as the Elected Officials who are Delegates to the National Democrat Convention.

The DNC made the rules, now solve it as an intra-party action whether before the Convention or during the convention.

A lawsuit by Sharpton will shed a negative cast over Obama's candidacy. jmho mj
