So what is the ratio? 12? I never heard of that as an indicator. I am looking at charts and today was not helpful for the bull case. NDX hitting new lows, everything else pretty close.

I would just like to see a huge volume sell off. Let's see a major down move, on enormous volume and wash everything out. As Allan said earlier, it would setup a huge buying opportunity down the road.
