Sankar, Today feels like a buy opportunity, but alas I will pass... Its the no free cash thing. :) A perception change is happening with CTYS. A month ago Zacks rated CTYS as a 5 strong sell. Sometime since they upgraded to a 4. Now today, I noticed that they have CTYS as a 3(Hold). Something has changed in their perception of the stock. Although, today I market seems not to care. Just noticed CTYS@9.25. Wish I could buy! Christopher MTMABWCTYS PS make that CTYS@9.125....Make at CTYS@9.00... Low so far 8.75. On no news?...
