I searched the WSJ for all publications, wires, etc. and there is no news. Yesterday, I had a long talk with the CFO about Moody's downgrade of their bonds. He said that Moody's talked with him but that there is no material new information that Moody's got from them If CTYS had such information, they would have made a public announcement. He also said that Moody's basically acted based on old data and the "research" released in Septembet 1996.
