Octavian...Again, you assume way too much about me--and as usual, incorrectly. I don't compare Brinker to "others in the industry" because I don't know much about "others" and I don't really care much. I learned about Brinker the hard way--after being a devoted fan for about twelve years. I know where the "bodies are buried," so to speak--at least some of them since Y-2000. I grant you that it's possible there are others who use deceptions, cover-ups and false advertising to peddle something, but I am not aware of them. I don't even have time to listen to Ric Edelman, although, when I have listened to him, I find that I disagree with much of his advice. But I know this about him: He does NOT profess to "anticipatory" market timing abilities. Here is what Brinker said on Moneytalk this weekend (from my summary excerpts): “Yeah, well, I appreciate those comments Phil, but let me say that the type of work I do, I regard as the most – most people don’t even try it -- it’s the most challenging work I know. We’ve discussed it on the program in detail, which is anticipatory stock market timing decisions on trying to make major moves." . .
