90. Based on my review...SUWAL claimed that QAT Consulting was an active company with an address of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and a mailing address of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. According to the New York Department Of State website however QAT was an inactive corporation, and its current name was "Protech Consultants, Inc." Protech Consultants, however, was also listed as an inactive company...other agents involved in this investigation have determined that the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx address was merely the address for a mail receiving and forwarding service.
