Spitzer's bank filed a Suspicious Activity Report with respect to one of his banking transactions.

You can bet your boots that EVERYBODY at the bank knew who he was. And you can also bet that he had been arrogant toward some of the clerks and managers. So someone there decided to take revenge.

Never underestimate "the tyranny of clerks."
