Not the way I grew up! Men held doors for women, opened car doors for them, removed their hat when meeting a lady, walked on the street side of the walk. I still do those things and most men I associate with do also. Then, when I became a father to my son, he learned those same values. Your statement is not fair to the guys I know and I'll bet most men who post here wouldn't agree with you either. If you had said "some men", I would be in agreement.
