We also should consider the fact that a sinking stock price puts Nuko's impending deals on shaky ground. For example, why would ADC want to sign a big contract with a company that might go Chapter 11 in a month? It wouldn't be prudent.

When I first wrote about the $.40 per share scenario, I was positing the extreme just to get management to snap to. But now I think the $.40 scenario is probable.
