Scooter, When they tighten the spread it shows more strength in the stock for both buyers and sellers.

In my opinion they are raising the bid right now as high as they can to entice people to sell their shares. This way they can cover whatever short position they might have.

I think it is good anytime the bid price moves up, as this is the price a shareholder can sell for.
