Blame ethanol and crops that might have been raised instead of corn......Any product, including meat, cereal, corn syrup, pop, etc that is made with corn is going through the roof...and the ranchers growing other types of grain, don't want to lose money, so somehow their grains are raising in costs as well, or they decide to raise corn instead. Plus all the crops are costing more because of the cost of fuel to plow, etc.... Wonder when we are going to get smart and start drilling for our own oil, as well as helping to develop other types of energy at an affordable price?
