Dear Sir,

I apologize for the problems with your wire request. There were errors in our fax log and distribution that created this delay. We would like to make amends for the difficulty you encountered with your wire. Please contact the Cashiering department directly to discuss this matter.

In analyzing the shortcomings we have encountered with funds requests, it has come to my attention that a majority of these problems are from requests made by fax. At this point, the only way for a customer to change wire information is by fax, but our customers will soon be able to enter and alter their wire information online. We are creating this new system of entry in response to your requests for a better system.

Let me also take this opportunity to give some vital information regarding wire requests. It is important that each customer clarify his/her ABA#, and Account #. We also need the name of the bank, and the bank address. We have encountered a large number of problems in wire transmissions due to incomplete or incorrect wire instructions.

We will be placing a Wire Information Form on the Web Site within a few days in order to help the wire process run smoothly. Please do not omit any of the requested information so that we can transfer your wire promptly.
