Cadre Resources Ltd (C-CSL) - Cease Trade/Suspend Company Cadre Resources suspended by the BCSC 2008-03-11 20:07 ET - Cease Trade/Suspend Company Shares issued 18,446,506 CSL.H Close 2008-02-27 C$ 0.04 A cease trade order was issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on March 11, 2008, against Cadre Resources Ltd. for failing to file the comparative financial statement and management discussion and analysis for the period ending Oct. 31, 2007, within the required time period. Upon revocation of the cease trade order, the company's shares will remain suspended until the company meets TSX Venture Exchange requirements. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
