Dan,
I've used Visio software for about a year, and so have several others at my office. I think its great for lots of stuff - flow charting, organizational charts, chemical engineering, building design, the latest version also has landscaping. After using this stuff a while, last November I called to find out if the company was publicly traded. The secretary said no, and I gave up my investment aspirations. Well, a few months later, I saw the VSIO ticker, and sure enough, my phone call preceded the IPO by two weeks. The stock was already 50 % above the initial price, so I figured I missed the boat. I've purchased their latest upgrade, and am just beginning to use it to create bitmaps to import into other process engineering software. Visio is a lay man's AutoCad, as well as having a bunch of "Quality" applications. I think it's a winner.
Now I'll go check the price. Good Luck |
