BUY on rumor and SELL before the news!!! Why DELL and CPQ are down? I think DELL and CPQ talk too much, they have been blowing their horn a bit too much,if you ask me.My god how many times do they have to repeat the 'blow out quarter' bit.It would have been a heck of a lot better if they kept their big mouth shut.So where is everybody?
