Actually,it is farcical, and an example of the confused morality here in this culture. They should just legalize prostitution and eliminate the potential blackmail and Hypocrisy. Considering every major City in the USA has pages upon pages of "escort service" numbers one can call 24/7. Maybe it is so profitable $4,300??) for the criminal elements that they want it illegal and then they can eradicate competition and control the politico's by threatening to expose.

It also gives one an idea of the size of ego's and corruption of these people in power to believe they can get away with it.
