Well, at least we agree on one thing: let's get rid of ALL oil industry incentives and subsidies from our government. Well we agree on the overall principle, but do we agree on what amounts to "oil industry incentives and subsidies from our government"? Do you believe we should privatize all police functions in the US? What about privatizing our judicial functions? Government involvement is bad, right? No, No, and no. General keeping of the peace, enforcing law, and such fits in just fine with a libertarian, even a minarchist viewpoint. I would reduce the number of laws that the police and courts have to enforce, but obviously there is a need for some laws, and people to enforce them.
