Ken Blackwell, co-chair of President Bush's 2004 re-election committee, the man who represented Bush/Cheney in the Florida recount, Ohio's former Republican Secretary of State, the man who recently ran and lost in his bid to be governor of Ohio (as a Republican) is now an impartial journalist that we ought to listen to on the qualification of Democratic presidential candidates?
